If you are planning to buy a property, or if the property is already owned by you, I can carry out an on-site inspection and give you a clear overview of the building’s condition.

I examine the condition of:
Load-bearing structures: foundations, floors/slabs, beams, walls, roof structures, etc.
Visible defects and damage: cracks, moisture issues, deformation, deterioration
Electrical installation (visual check)
Plumbing / sanitary systems (visual check)

If needed, I can use:
Drone inspection (roof, façade, hard-to-reach areas)
Thermal camera (to identify heat loss, insulation issues, moisture/cold bridges)
