One room with a single bed is available for 1 female student or working woman in a 4-room flat. There are usually 3 other girls living in the flat, and you would be the 4th. It is very quiet since none of the windows face the street. The flat is located just 5 minutes from the Old Town in the center of Riga. The room is approximately 12 m². The flat includes joint 1 bathroom, an joint equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and internet. The room is equipped with a bed, a shelf, and has a lock on the door. The entrance to the building is through a secured, closed entrance door, and the staircase is always clean. One room is available now. There are no additional costs; everything is included. No pets and no more than one person per room are allowed.
