Main responsibilities:
Processing customer inquiries via email
Understanding customer needs and offering the most suitable solutions
Developing a creative approach to effective communication with different clients
Knowing the company’s services and presenting them
Coordinating emails and correspondence
Organizing document flow (contracts, invoices, etc. )
Communicating with partners and subcontractors from all over the world
We expect:
Good communication skills
Ability to work independently and organize your work
A creative approach to customer interaction
An energetic, enthusiastic, and determined personality
Excellent knowledge of Latvian and English; German is an advantage
Experience with electronic communication is preferred
