Key Responsibilities:

Provide professional customer service.
Welcome hotel guests, ensure check-in and check-out.
Perform daily night audits and reporting.
Work closely with Front Office Team leader and Operations manager.
Be aware of any special requests and requirement guests may require.
Provide and maintain high service and customer care standards to hotel guests.
Maintain high confidentiality in regards to guest privacy.

Requirements:

Fluent English, Latvian, other languages will be considered as an advantage.
Experience or interest in hospitality industry.
Ability to work shifts, preferably night shifts.
Knowledge of OPERA PMS system (or similar) will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent team player with strong communication skills.
Passion for delivering great customer service.

Company offers:

Salary:7, 05 euros per hour (bruto) depending on the skills and experience (50% surcharge for night work from 22:00-06:00).
