Position: Customer Support Representative
Location: Riga, Latvia (on-site)
IMPORTANT. - Languages: Dutch & English or German & English
Salary: Euro 1, 500 -1550/month gross

About the Role:

Stay calm under pressure, ensuring exceptional support.
Merge a passion for music with a commitment to excellent customer service.
Display proficient interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrate outstanding troubleshooting abilities.
Apply fundamental knowledge of WIFI and home networks to connect devices.
1-2 years of work experience in a related field is preferred (But training is also provided for freshers).
A technical background is considered advantageous.

Requirements:
Fluent in written and verbal English and the hired language (German or Dutch).
Committed to delivering top-notch customer service.
