About Us

Flight 2 Europe SIA is expanding its recruitment and workforce solutions business across Europe. We are looking for a motivated, confident and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to build business relationships and secure job vacancies from companies across different industries.

Key Responsibilities
- Contact companies across Latvia and Europe to acquire new clients.
- Identify recruitment needs and secure job vacancies across various sectors.
- Arrange business meetings, negotiate cooperation and establish long-term partnerships.
- Build relationships with employers, HR departments and recruitment agencies.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to manage vacancies and client requirements.
- Work directly with management and achieve agreed monthly targets.
- Maintain client records and report on results.

Requirements
- Experience in client acquisition, HR, recruitment, B2B sales or business development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and telephone skills.
- Confidence in cold calling and arranging business meetings.
- Strong motivation to achieve monthly targets and deliver results.
- Good English skills; Latvian and Russian are an advantage.

Salary and Benefits
- Monthly salary: €1, 500–€1, 700.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
