Metos Proveno Cool Pro 300 L is an industrial combined cooking/cooling kettle model variant (also known as a “combi kettle”), with a capacity of approximately 300 liters. It is intended for large-scale catering or production kitchens, where food can be easily cooked, mixed, heated, or also cooled with a single device – all integrated with a stainless steel construction and professional control system.
