Apartment building is located in the middle of 2 5 Star hotels where are staying all high level businessmen, politicians, and celebrities as the Goverment building is few min walking distance and President’s palace as well is located right infront of the apartment building. Location is simply excellent.

Fully booked when rented in short term. When no time to manage short term rental logistics, always successfully rented in long term because this is a good apartment. When long term person moves in - all goes smoothly, nobody has never complained about anything or asked any questions, just sends monthly rent on time and enjoys gorgeous Old Town Riga to the fullest.

At the moment there is a long term person happily living. I’m considering to sell the apartment only due to my work responsibilities as I have to be in New York more often than usual. Happy to keep it as I do love spend time in Riga and this apartment has always been the most perfect base for me when I’m in Europe.
