The kitchen is equipped with the necessary household appliances (electric stove, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher), sanitary ware and furniture.

The room has a sofa and a built-in wardrobe, but additional furniture can be negotiated for an additional fee.

Several schools are located near the apartment (LU Faculty of Social Sciences, Baltic International Academy, Latvian Academy of Culture and others). There is a bus stop next to the apartment, where the 15th trolleybus and the 18th bus run to the center. "Vagonu Parks" railway station is a 5-minute walk away. In addition to all of the above, there are various parks, restaurants, and shops in the vicinity.

It is possible to park a bicycle in the building.

Small pets are allowed in the apartment, but then the deposit will be doubled.
Smoking is prohibited in the apartment.
When concluding the contract, a deposit and rent for the first month must be paid, a total of 700 EUR.
The term of the contract is 1 year with the possibility to extend it.

Utilities and management fees in summer are from 50 to 60 EUR, in winter from 120 to 140 EUR.
