Payroll Specialist for Baltics (f/m)

Your responsibilities:
Providing payroll service to internal client on Baltics ( Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia around 200 employees)
Calculating salaries and making corrections (contracts of employment, civil contracts)
Processing and updating new hires, terminations, compensation etc.
Reviewing and verifying incoming and outgoing documentation
Handling employee questions/requests related to payroll and time management
Cooperation with other departments and external payroll providers on Baltics

Your qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in payroll department
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
Attention to details and analytical skills
Good knowledge of English (Russian and/or Latvian languages will be an additional advantage)
Self-driven with "can-do" attitude, proactivity, strong organization skills
