To recruiters trying to fill customer service positions in Riga,
Please consider my CV and please be willing to overlook my age. I will be 54 this year. My background is 6 years working in the Tax Office of the UK where I lived and breathed customer support excellence. I would like to be given a chance to prove myself in the customer service position that you are hiring for. For the past few years I have been lecturing in English language at a university but I don't find the work as fulfilling as working in customer support.
